The Cuvée Perle d'Ayala is the result of meticulous work produced only in exceptional years. The vintage benefits from very favorable conditions for the development of the grapes. Fruit of a blend of Chardonnay (80%) and Pinot Noir (20%), this champagne is only made from the Grands Crus of Chouilly, Ay and Mesnil-sur-Oger. After eight years of aging on the lees, it reveals its smooth aromas of mature grapes.
