The philosophy that we wish to express through our wines is based on the premise that each of our plots deserves to be included in our Grand Vin. To achieve this, we strive to adapt the management of each plot by "surgically" dosing our interventions throughout the year. This is why we only produce one wine and no wine from our plots ends up in another bottle than that of Château Petit Bocq.
We also owe our uniqueness to our atypical woodiness, which is becoming increasingly rare: a well-integrated, slightly toasted woodiness which gives us aromas of mocha, coffee and black fruits.
Finally, we want to produce a Grand Vin de Bordeaux and Médoc, respectful of its Saint-Etienne origins, favoring finesse and balance rather than over-maturation, a wine comparable to an "iron fist in a velvet glove", a wine of excellent quality / price ratio, the bottle of which will most often be empty at the end of the meal.
