The MONCONSEIL-GAZIN castle represents one of the oldest wine buildings in the region.
First TERRA VITIS approved vineyard in Blaye. According to the specificities of the plots, semi grass in the middle of the rows and traditional plowing of the soil produce spectacular results in the fight against the erosion of the hillsides. No chemical fertilizers are used. Aged in oak barrels for 12 months.
On the palate, it is round and fleshy, which marks a very ripe harvest, underlined by a discreet woodiness, all in finesse.
