The vines that make up this Côtes du Rhône are located on different Sablet and Séguret terroirs, for Vaucluse and Roquemaure for Gard, this diversity gives the wine its inimitable particularity.
Harvested by hand for the most part, destemmed entirely with a fortification of a fortnight by controlling the temperature, daily pumping over and unballasting, respecting the fruit.
There is a nice roundness, flesh in the middle of the mouth and the aromas are of a nice persistence in the finish.
