Les Sauterelles is the great classic of the domain. This white Touraine is made from 100% Sauvignon grapes. It is the result of an assembly of most of the Sauvignon parcels on the property. Plots managed in distinctly different ways so as to obtain grapes of different qualities for the greatest possible aromatic complexity. It’s a great example of what a Touraine Sauvignon can be.
Round and supple, with a nice refreshing acidity. It exudes notes of ripe fruit, vine peach, pink grapefruit ... It can very well be drunk as an aperitif but also with seafood, fish and cheese.
