From its 1900 meters high, Mont Ventoux is the guardian of the region. Classified as a Biosphere Reserve in 1990, it constitutes a living space where winegrowers, sun and mistral come together to feed vines of character that have given birth to 'Terraventoux'. For Grenache Blanc, fermentation lasts 4 weeks at 16/18 ° C. Then the aging takes place in new 228 liter barrels for 5 months. The other two grape varieties are vinified in stainless steel tanks. Very typical of a white Mediterranean wine.
The color is pale with green reflections. On the first nose, the aromas are floral with a honeyed side (acacia flower). Aromas of yellow flesh fruits are also present (peach, apricot). On the palate, the attack is round, with a lot of amplitude, supported by a good minerality which brings out the aromas.
This wine will go well with truffle dishes. It will also accompany fish (Monkfish with saffron), fresh goat cheese with a note of acacia honey.
