The unique Sable de Camargue wine-growing region produces high-quality wines. The soil is made up of raw mineral sands from sea and wind, free from clay and silt. These wine-growing lands are surrounded by unique landscapes endowed with exceptional flora and fauna. Between the ponds, the plain of the Camargue, the coastal plain of the small Camargue, the lagoons, the reed beds, the dunes and the pine forests, the vines are immersed in a mythical environment. This wild nature gives the Sable de Camargue IGP (Protected Geographical Indication) wines great richness and a real singularity. This wine will accompany the cuisine spiced up with spices and saffron, with a penchant for fish. We recommend a service temperature between 10 ° C and 12 ° C maximum.
