Pale straw yellow color, with pale greenish reflections. The bouquet combines fruity notes of peach and apricot with hints of almond, acacia and hawthorn. The mouth is full, fresh, tasty, fragrant, delicately mineral: it flows slightly in the mouth but very persistent.
