Created in 1889, three generations operate this 30 hectare estate. The aim of rigorous vineyard management is to respect the biology of the vine as well as possible so that it produces the most beautiful clusters possible.
The vinification of this vintage from Chesnaies in stainless steel vats at low temperatures. The reasons come from all the young vines on young gravel planted on the terrace.
It is the "first" cuvée of the Domaine. It represents a typical Bourgueil of fairly rapid consumption (3 years).
It will accompany white meats, cold meats, and poultry as well as fish and red fruits. Pleasure wine, characterized by its fruitiness and young, silky tannins.
A beautiful wine to drink and can be drunk at a cool temperature.
