Chorey is located north of Beaune, and at Savigny, on either side of the Dijon / Beaune axis. The estate operates several plots of different ages, which occupy an area of more than 8 hectares.
Its color is a pretty dark dress. Rich and intense nose marked by aromas of red fruits (morello cherry, raspberry). The generous and full mouth is revealed at the same time fine and long. Elegant wine with balanced tannins.
He calls for fine and light cuisine: roast poultry, grilled meats, not too spicy game birds. Fairly mild cheeses are also good partners.
