This white wine, aged on fine lees, reflects the terroir of Cheverny, complex and elegant.
Natural vinification, without yeasting or enzyming, to allow maximum expression of the terroir, with a minimum and controlled use of SO2.
On siliceous soils resting on yellow clay with flint, the old vines are on average 80 years old.
A complex and aromatic nose with notes of acacia. The attack is round, frank and generous with hints of dried fruits. The finish is supple, balanced and persistent.
To discover as an aperitif with goat cheese, or with grilled fish.
