Liboll to celebrate the coming night, at sunset. Liboll of pomegranate, orange blossoms, caper blossoms. Liboll as we like to call “the bubbles” in Puglia.
A wine made from lightly pressed grapes, using only the first pressing must, called “runoff juice” (55%), which then ferments at low temperature. Refermentation is implemented in an autoclave (Charmat method)
On the nose: pale and shiny pink with nuances of onion skin, fine and persistent perlage. Intense bouquet of orange blossoms, pink grapefruit and pomegranate.
Full, crunchy and mineral on the palate with a dry finish and an aftertaste of Mediterranean scrub.
Fits best with: Excellent as an aperitif, with light starters, first and second fish courses.
