Naca is the local name for a cradle and Puglia is the cradle of Primitivo, a wine of elementary character, made from organically grown vines.
The grapes are destemmed and left to macerate at a controlled temperature of 25 ° C for the duration of the alcoholic fermentation. The next step is the gentle pressing of the marc, and the consequent trigger of the malolactic fermentation.
On the nose: Intense ruby red color with purplish reflections, a bouquet rich in ripe fruits, cherries and plums, with a hint of coffee and black pepper.
On the palate: robust, soft and harmonious taste, with a pleasantly persistent finish.
Best served with: tasty first courses, red meat and hard cheese.
