In San Marzano, the winegrowers take care of their small vineyards as if they were gardens. Their stories are many, as are the names of their families. We chose a name, Talò, to thank each family and pay homage to each story.
Cold pre-maceration for 6/8 hours, followed by alcoholic fermentation in French oak barrels.
Nose: Straw yellow color with golden reflections, the nose reveals surprising aromas of white flowers and vanilla.
On the palate: it is fresh and mineral, with good flavor persistence.
Best served with: seafood, shellfish and fish boiled with light sauces.
