Made from Primitivo grapes, Tramari is an elegant and light rosé wine. It comes from the light and the winds of our summers, between the two seas of Salento.
Partial removal of Primitivo grape must after a few hours of maceration, followed by the fermentation process typical of white wines.
Color: soft pink.
Nose: intense and persistent aroma of Mediterranean scrub, with notes of cherry and raspberry.
Palate: a fresh and elegant wine, balanced on the palate.
Ideal with: Italian antipasti, fish soups and broths, baked or en papillote fish, young or slightly aged cheese.
