Amalaya is a modern Bodega, located in Cafayate, a small town in the province of Salta, Argentina. It is located in the south of the province, known for its wines, in the so-called Calchaquíes valleys, on the banks of the Chuscha river, at 1,683 m above sea level.

Varieties such as Malbec, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Tannat, Bonarda, Syrah, Torrontés and Riesling are cultivated among others. This region stands out as one of the highest in the world and is also characterized by its dry climate with rainfall not exceeding 150 mm per year, with a significant thermal amplitude; poor, rocky and sandy soils.

But where some saw only a desert, others by their work and their belief during centuries made offerings with "The Hope of a miracle" - Amalaya is translated into an indigenous language - for an abundant harvest and were right about the climate to produce a rich and silky wine.

A white wine with a clear, brilliant gold color. Citrus, grapefruit and lemon zest notes dominate the nose. In the mouth, it is delicate and silky but fresh and lively with good acidity and a distinctive mineral.
