This village cuvée comes from a single plot, the family's monopoly, En bas de Vauvry. It is particularly well located since it occupies the hillside of one of the appellation's most renowned crus, Grésigny. Jean-Baptiste brings to these fifteen-year-old vines constant care: regular plowing of clay-limestone soils, leaf stripping, sorting of bunches ... Everything is done to produce a healthy and ripe juice.
It is a very lively wine which is drunk as an aperitif.
