Perfect at sunset, to celebrate the evening to come. “Liboll”, the Pugliese word for bubbles, evokes white peaches, elderberry and sage.
A wine made from whole, lightly pressed grapes, using only the first pressing must (55%) which then ferments at low temperature. The wine obtained is then treated in a pressure vessel according to the “Charmat” method. After the second fermentation, it stays in the pressurized tank on its own yeasts for about a month.
On the nose: Straw yellow color with incomparable green reflections, a beautiful persistent perlage, intense and pleasant nose with a particularly fruity fragrance of white peach, floral notes of elderflower and herbaceous notes of sage.
Taste: fresh and lively, round and well balanced, with a strong personality.
Best served with: Excellent as an aperitif, with starters and starters with fish.
