In San Marzano, the winegrowers take care of their small vineyards as if they were gardens. Their stories are many, as are the names of their families. We chose a name, Talò, to thank each family and pay homage to each story.
Thermo-controlled maceration for around 10 days, followed by alcoholic fermentation with selected yeasts.
Nose: Ruby red color enriched with hints of violet, opulent bouquet, alluding to ripe cherries and plums, with pleasant notes of cocoa and vanilla.
On the palate: a wine with remarkable structure, softened by the soothing heat of the Primitivo grape, the finish offers notes of lingering sweetness.
Best served with: Rich first courses, lamb, game with elaborate sauces and hard cheese.
