Vivera "Terra dei sogni" is a wine of exceptional intensity, with spicy notes and dense and balanced tannins. Located at an altitude of 400-600 meters northeast of Etna, the vineyard benefits from an ideal exposure and climate. The summer days are very hot, followed by cool, wet nights. The grapes are harvested by hand in three stages: Syrah during the first week of September, Cabernet Sauvignon during the third and Nerello Cappuccio during the first week of October. The wine rests for 10 months in thermo-controlled stainless steel vats and French oak barrels.
