Farm in Roman times, fortified town in the Middle Ages, the estate has crossed the ages with pride. Enhanced since 1905 by the same family, it today bears witness to the ties that unite men to their land. Five generations have succeeded to develop renowned wines, typified by a unique basalt terroir.
Very beautiful dark ruby color, rich and complex nose combining a well-vanilla oak with notes of fruit brandy, spices and resin. The mouth is powerfully built with a nice fullness and good quality tannins.
A wine made of lace that will delightfully accompany paupiettes in a generous olive sauce or a filet of beef with porcini mushrooms for lovers of mushrooms.
