The elegance of a rosé with a dominant Chardonnay.
Rosé Majeur perfectly embodies the originality and delicacy of the House wines. Composed from a dominant Chardonnay, it is made with the addition of a small amount of red wine from the best vintages in the mountains of Reims. The low dosage allows a most elegant expression of the style of the House, both feminine and generous.
Eye: Pale and delicate pink
Nose: Charming, generous and open, it reveals notes of red fruit (strawberries, raspberries) and vine peaches.
Palate: airy and expressive, it shows a nice freshness, due to the high proportion of Chardonnay in the blend. It presents notes of redcurrants and raspberries and its finish, built on the persistence of the fruit, is voluptuous and melted.
Particularly comfortable at the table, Rosé Majeur will be the perfect partner for a semi-cooked salmon fillet on one side, pink lamb chops or a red fruit tart.
