The property is divided into several vineyards. The grapes used for this cuvée come from the Finca Torresales vineyard. The sorted and selected grapes are then pressed slowly, then ferment separately (separate grape varieties) in the traditional way at a controlled temperature of 14ºC in stainless steel tanks. The wines are blended after the alcoholic fermentation.
Its color is yellow with pale green reflections. An intense, fruity scent, marking the character of the grape varieties that compose it, nuances of exotic fruits and floral notes of great complexity. On the palate it is very lively, elegant and well balanced.
