This regional appellation, comprising several plots, is produced in the town of Chorey-Lès-Beaune.
It is a light wine, white gold in color with strong green reflections. Its fresh and frank scent is reminiscent of grapes, green apple and lemon. Its liveliness and its dominant acidity are well complemented by a discreet but sufficient suppleness. It leaves a pleasant aromatic persistence, with a beautiful finesse.
It is suitable with cold meats, fried fish, seafood, salted or dry cheeses (goats).
