Finesse and elegance are the hallmarks of this grand cru beer. Born in the land of brewers in Louvain, Belgium, it is near Saint-Tropez, with which he fell in love, that resides Raphael Hoet, the creator and producer of the Blonde of Saint-Tropez.
It was with Sonia Collin, legendary and talented beer specialist and professor at the brewing university of Leuven, that he patiently and meticulously developed the learned recipe for this exceptional beer.
Like alchemists, they created a unique yeast and selected an exceptionally pure water, a European barley malt and three exceptional hops including one former Central European hop, the other two from Canada and New Zealand.
Like champagne, a second fermentation in the bottle, on the lees, is carried out with fresh yeast. The beer then gets its natural sparkle. Blonde of Saint-Tropez is truly a noble and refined drink. The Blonde of Saint-Tropez is to beer what the blanc de blanc is to champagne.
