In San Marzano, the winegrowers take care of their small vineyards as if they were gardens. Their stories are many, as are the names of their families. They chose a name, Talò, to thank each family and pay homage to each story.
Thermo-controlled maceration for around 10 days, followed by alcoholic fermentation with selected yeasts.
On the nose: Crimson red color with violet reflections, intense and persistent bouquet, with notes of blackcurrant and berries, spicy, with balsamic and vanilla notes.
On the palate: a full bodied, soft and balanced wine with a long and pleasantly scented finish.
Best served with: rich flavored appetizers, meat and cheese.
