In San Marzano, the winegrowers take care of their small vineyards as if they were gardens. Their stories are many, as are the names of their families. We chose a name, Talò, to thank each family and pay homage to each story.
Thermo-controlled maceration for around 10 days, followed by alcoholic fermentation with selected yeasts.
Nose: Deep ruby red color with streaks of garnet, a rich bouquet of ripe red fruits, cherries, red fruits and some hints of cinnamon.
On the palate: A wine with a remarkable structure enriched by a velvety tannic texture and a long end note with a pleasant aftertaste.
Best served with: Tasty starters, red meats, game and hard cheese.
