From the silver sea of olive trees, white southern stones, luminous secrets woven into lace and languidly inviting baroque palaces, comes Edda, a “feminine” wine with a mineral and timeless temperament, an ineffable fruit in charm.
The grapes are destemmed and left to freeze-stomach for a few hours. The next phase is the gentle pressing of the marc followed by a cold static settling so that this happens naturally. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in French oak barrels.
On the nose: Straw yellow color with golden reflections, mellow citrus fruits and delicate vanilla floral notes fill the nose.
To taste: It is generous in its elegance, fresh, delicate and mineral.
