In San Marzano, the winegrowers take care of their small vineyards as if they were gardens. Their stories are many, as are the names of their families. We chose a name, Talò, to thank each family and pay homage to each story.
Thermo-controlled maceration for around 10 days, followed by alcoholic fermentation with selected yeasts.
Nose: Brilliant ruby red color with garnet reflections, intense bouquet with notes of cherry, plum, spices and Mediterranean herbs.
On the palate: a full-bodied wine, with a pleasantly fresh aftertaste, best drunk young.
Best served with: salami and cold cuts, rich flavored starters, red meat and cheese.
