The Raimbault family has cultivated vines since the mid-17th century.
The combination of experience, technique and environment allows us to produce high quality wines while respecting the typicity of each vintage. The estate is located in the heart of the Sancerre vineyard.
Raised on fine lees until preparation for bottling in order to bring them the most richness and finesse possible by limiting the intake of sulfites. this sancerre is not stuck, it is simply bentonite at real dose to stabilize it from protein breakage. It is stabilized in the cold and filtered before bottling. The secret of this excellent Sancerre lies in the gypsum soil of the production region but also in its controlled yields.
