Article 2 - Scope

  1. These General Conditions apply to each offer between L'Argazzetta Del Vino and the consumer (any natural person who acquires or uses for purposes excluding any professional the products or services placed on the market and who concludes a distance contract with The Argazzetta Del Vino).
  2. The delivery address provided by the Purchaser must be located in the DRC. We do not deliver outside of this country.
  3. At the end of placing an order, you must be at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, we ask that you consult your parents or guardian before placing an order.
  4. By using the Argazzetta Del Vino Website and / or placing an order there, you accept these General Conditions and all rights and obligations as they are mentioned on our Website.

Article 3 - Offers & Birth of Contracts

  1. If an offer is valid for a limited time or is subject to conditions, this is always expressly mentioned in the offer.
  2. Our offer contains a complete and precise description of the products offered and the order method. The description is sufficiently detailed to allow you to correctly evaluate the offer. If we use illustrations, these are a true representation of the products offered.
  3. Your order will be complete and the contract will begin as soon as we have confirmed your order by email and as soon as we have received approval for your transaction, from your credit or debit card issuer. We accept the following payment methods: Cash / Visa Debit or Credit / Mastercard. We are not responsible for late delivery and / or non-delivery of your order if these delays are due to the refusal of your payment by the issuer of your card. No order is accepted or processed without valid payment in the name of the card holder (registered).
  4. To buy a product, you add it to your basket. Then you fill in the form with your personal data as well as your billing data and you choose your delivery method. In the last step of the order process, you will then see a summary page where you will be asked to accept our Terms and Conditions.


Article 4 - Right of withdrawal

  1. For any order of wine and champagne no return or exchange will be accepted.


Article 5 - Price

  1. During the period of validity mentioned in the offer, the prices of the wines offered are not increased, except price modifications following changes in VAT and excise rates.
  2. Our prices include all taxes, duties and services. So there will never be a surprise for you. However, we can decide to charge the delivery costs. In this case, we will notify you before confirming your order.


Article 6 - Payment

  1. Payment is limited to the payment methods offered on our Website.
  2. To guarantee secure online payment and guarantee the security of your personal data, transaction data is encrypted with SSL technology sent over the net. Article 7 - Conformity & Guarantee

Article 8 - Delivery & Execution

  1. Deliveries are made to the delivery address given during your order.
  2. If the ordered product is in stock, we make sure to deliver within 1 to 4 working days. Items that are not in stock are delivered within 45 to 60 business days. We inform you of the delivery date in your order confirmation.
  3. If we cannot deliver on time, we will always notify you before the scheduled delivery date. If we do not notify you in time, you have the right to cancel your order free of charge. In this case, we will reimburse you within 30 days of cancellation.
  4. Sending your order always takes place at our risk, so you never have to worry about possible loss of goods in transport. The return shipment of goods that you return to us within 14 days of purchase because you do not wish to keep them is always at your own risk.
  5. If the goods delivered by us have been damaged during transport, do not correspond to the articles appearing on the delivery note or do not correspond with the articles which you have ordered, you must report it to us as soon as possible, and at most late within 3 days and you must then return the items to us within 14 days of receipt.
    For these purposes, you must use the return form which you will find in the packaging of your order.

 

Article 9 - Force majeure

  2. Force majeure means any circumstance beyond our control by which the fulfillment of our obligations to you is entirely or partially impossible. These circumstances include, among others: strikes, lockouts, labor disputes, fire, technical incidents, power outages, disruptions in networks, (telecommunications) lines or communication systems used and / or the unavailability of our Website, the absence of delivery or the late delivery of suppliers or other third parties and the lack of an authorization to be received via the authorities.
